I have been spending almost every free moment in the kitchen over the last three days. This new diet requires A LOT of work. It’s a good thing I like cooking and baking. I do believe I am starting to get it under control. I have prepped a lot of stuff to have easily on hand, washing and chopping veggies, making sauces, making batches of quinoa and brown rice. Needless to say, my writing time got whittled down to nothing (I only have 24 hours in my day folks). I will be back in action tomorrow with a new post filled with new writing, courtesy of moi.
