The Secret Passion I’ve Been Hiding From You

Lately I have been thinking a lot about this blog, and you dear readers, and the fact that I do not share one of my loves here. I love to write, so I share things that inspire, intrigue, humor, and teach me through my writing. I do not however write about my baking and cooking. Did you know I have my own granola company, Just Djuna? Yup…you can learn more and place an order at: http://www.DjunaPassman.com. Did you know that I have another blog all about baking with a little one under the age of five? Yup…The Leetle Leetle Baker at: http://theleetleleetlebaker.wordpress.com. And yet, mum’s the word in this neck of the woods. Well, that is about to change.
The holidays are rapidly creeping up and I am spending more and more time pouring over the cookbooks I own, Vegetarian Times, http://www.thekitchn.com, http://www.sproutedkitchen.com, http://www.mynewroots.com, http://www.yumuniverse.com, and numerous other blogs I find along my baking and cooking adventures. In short, I am preparing for lots of time in the kitchen trying out new recipes to share with those I love. Beginning next week, every Friday I am going to share a recipe and cooking adventure right here. I hope you are as excited as I am.

About djunapassman

I teach yoga, write, and edit. I live in a Brooklyn neighborhood that is changing faster than I can, or care to, keep up with. Manhattan still beckons me to her island a few subways stops away, reminding me of when I lived amongst her daily hustle and bustle.
