Happy Spring!

It’s the first day of spring! As much as I had wanted to usher in this glorious season by doing something special, especially after such a brutal winter, I found myself unable to do much past teaching my regularly scheduled yoga classes and resting. (If you read yesterday’s post you know this inertia t is courtesy of a tooth extraction.) I did spend a little time outside and I did open my windows to usher fresh, warm air into my apartment. I also got to teach some really awesome adults and kids yoga today. So, I guess the day wasn’t a total wash.

About djunapassman

I teach yoga, write, and edit. I live in a Brooklyn neighborhood that is changing faster than I can, or care to, keep up with. It's basically gentrification at its finest. Manhattan still beckons me to her island a few subways stops away, reminding me of when I lived amongst her daily hustle and bustle.
